A: No. We have no servers. All patterns are stored locally on your device.

A: No. We have no visibility into your usage whatsoever.
Q: Do you make money from my data?
A: No. We collect no data. Revenue comes only from optional Ko-fi donations.
Q: Is my data encrypted?
A: Data is stored in Chrome’s local storage with browser-level security. It never leaves your device, so network encryption is irrelevant.
Q: What happens if I uninstall?
A: All PrivacyBlur data is permanently deleted from your device. We retain nothing.
Q: Can my employer/school see my blur patterns?
A: If they manage your Chrome browser with enterprise policies, they theoretically could access local storage. PrivacyBlur stores only blur configurations (positions/sizes), not the content being blurred.
Q: Do you comply with GDPR/CCPA?
